past, present and future mind

Are you one of those people who's always thinking about the past, suspended in your own nostalgia, or are you constantly looking ahead at the future? Or is your mental state more present, where you take each moment at a time, and you truly live for the moment?

Which type of person would you say characterizes you best?

I'm definitely one of those people who thinks about the present. It's actually one of the things I want to change about myself. I'm a creature of impulse, and I always live for the moment... I want to learn how to think more long term, think about the future more, and not make decisions based on instant gratification.

What about you?

can trust be rebuilt ?

Once a person loses your trust, do they lose your trust forever? How forgiving are you when it comes to relearning to trust someone who has previously betrayed you?

If someone cheated on you, for instance, do you think you could learn to trust this person and rebuild a relationship?

Or is trust one of those things that is gone when it's gone?

for me rebuilding trust is a myth. so No, it will always be in the back of the mind...Its very hard to gain that trust..I think that forgiven exist but trust will never be like in begining. thats why Trust is so valuable...

flakiness

What is your threshold for putting up with flaky behavior? Do you tolerate a little flakiness or are you a one-strike and your out kinda person when it comes to flakey people?

Just to clarify, flake doesnt mean to stand someone up, but rather it means to cancel things or to drop plans at the last minute.

I will admit that I can be a little flakey with people, unless they are extremely close to me.If they are just an acquaintance I have been known to flake from time to time lol. What about you?
